Sabato 25 maggio, presso lo spazio OGR (edificio storico Officine Grandi Riparazioni), a chiudere i quattro giorni di HOAS – History of a Style, si è tenuto lo show-event di Carlo Pignatelli: un doppio omaggio, all’alta sartorialità e a Torino, la città che da sempre accoglie l’atelier-headquarters del marchio. L’heritage e la creatività di Carlo Pignatelli sono stati messi in scena attraverso un percorso fotografico, sartoriale e multimediale alla scoperta della realizzazione di un vero abito bridal made in Italy, con la riproduzione della sartoria couture, grazie alla presenza dei maestri artigiani con il loro savoir-faire e i loro segreti.

Oltre ad aver esperito il backstage della maison, gli ospiti hanno partecipato al fashion show dedicato alle collezioni primavera estate 2020. La collezione uomo è un tributo, dall’atmosfera rococò, delle storiche dimore aristocratiche, in cui stucchi, affreschi e volute prendono forma nelle lavorazioni dei tessuti. Le trame preziose sono animate da fantasie lunari, mentre cieli stellati immaginifici brillano sugli abiti neo-romantici.

Saturday, May 25th, at the OGR space (historic building of Officine Grandi Riparazioni), the Carlo Pignatelli show-event was held to close the four days of HOAS – History of a Style: a double tribute to high tailoring and to Turin , the city that has always welcomed the atelier of the brand. The heritage and creativity of Carlo Pignatelli were staged through a photographic, sartorial and multimedia journey to discover the creation of a true bridal dress made in Italy, with the reproduction of couture tailoring, thanks to the presence of master craftsmen with the their savoir-faire and their secrets.

In addition to having experienced the maison’s backstage, the guests participated in the fashion show dedicated to the spring / summer 2020 collections. The men’s collection is a tribute, with a rococo atmosphere, of the historic aristocratic residences, in which stucco, frescoes and volutes take shape in the fabric processing. The precious textures are animated by lunar fantasies, while imaginative starry skies shine on the neo-romantic dresses.
