Yolancris presents its new collection during the Haute Couture Week in Paris
The Barcelona based fashion brand of evening and bridal gowns will present its new collection during the Haute Couture fashion week in Paris.
The fashion show will take place next January 23rd during the Haute Couture week in Paris, alongside the emblematic fashion houses such as Chanel, Dior, Jean Paul Gaultier or Ellie Saab, supported by one of the members of the Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode.
The brand has been attending the biannual prêt-à-porter events in the capital of fashion for the past 6 years presenting its collections in a showrroom, but this will be its first fashion show an its presentation to the Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode as a possible candidate to be part of the select group of creators.
The last time that a Spanish designer attended the Haute Couture week was when Josep Font did it in 2009. Yolanda and Cristina, sisters and founders of the brand, are optimistic about it and are convinced that the presentation will be another step towards its consolidation as an international brand aspiring to join the historic Spanish fashion houses such as Balenciaga or Paco Rabanne.
La casa di moda di Barcellona sfilerà il prossimo 23 gennaio durante la settimana dell’Haute Couture a Parigi, accanto alle grandi case di moda quali Chanel, Dior, Jean Paul Gaultier o Ellie Saab, supportata da uno dei membri della Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode.
Negli ultimi 6 anni il marchio ha partecipato agli eventi biennali del prêt-à-porter nella capitale della moda presentando le sue collezioni in uno showrroom; questa sarà per YolanCris la sua prima sfilata e presentazione alla Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode come possibile candidato per entrare a far parte del gruppo selezionato di creatori di moda.
L’ ultima volta che un designer spagnolo ha partecipato alla settimana dell’Haute Couture è stato nel 2009 con Josep Font. Yolanda e Cristina, sorelle e fondatrici del marchio, sono ottimiste al riguardo e sono convinte che la presentazione sarà un altro passo verso il consolidamento del marchio internazionale che aspira ad unirsi alle storiche case di moda spagnole come Balenciaga o Paco Rabanne.
