Borgo Egnazia, vincitore nel 2016 del Virtuoso award come best hotel of the year, sarà la location del matrimonio della coppia newyorkese Eliot Cohen e Renee Sutton, quinta figlia del miliardario americano Jeff Sutton.
La cerimonia, invece, sarà celebrata in spiaggia presso il lido Santo Stefano di Monopoli il 31 agosto, chiuso al pubblico per l’evento. La celebrazione del matrimonio si svolgerà con rito ebraico e chiamerà all’appello 415 ospiti internazionali.
I piatti del menù saranno rigorosamente kosher con oltre 50 persone impegnate nel catering, dal famoso Foremost Catering di New York, coordinati dallo chef di Borgo Egnazia, Domenico Schingaro, e la collaborazione dello chef Antonio Scalera con la consulenza ebraica di Giovanni Terracina di Le Bon Ton Catering di Roma.
L’organizzazione è affidata alla Norma Cohen production mentre l’allestimento floreale verrà curato dal top floral designer italiano Vincenzo Dascanio.
Borgo Egnazia, winner in 2016 of the Virtuoso award as best hotel of the year, will be the location of New York couple’s marriage Eliot Cohen and Renee Sutton, the fifth daughter of American billionaire Jeff Sutton.
The ceremony, however, will be celebrated on the beach Santo Stefano di Monopoli on August 31st, closed to the public for the event. The wedding celebration will take place with a Jewish ceremony and will call for 415 international guests.
The menu dishes will be strictly kosher with over 50 people engaged in catering, from the famous Foremost Catering in New York, coordinated by the chef of Borgo Egnazia, Domenico Schingaro, and the collaboration of chef Antonio Scalera with the Jewish advice of Giovanni Terracina of Le Bon Ton Catering in Rome.
The organization is entrusted by Norma Cohen production, while the floral design will be handled by top Italian floral designer Vincenzo Dascanio.
